Our story in one paragraph
Tarihi Kazancılar Kebap was founded in 1908 in the Kazancılar Bazaar of Adana's old city, in the shadow of the Büyüksaat clocktower. Our founder opened a small kebab hearth for the bazaar's coppersmiths. From that day on, across four generations, one principle has not changed: male lamb, blade-minced, charcoal embers.
Today we serve at two branches. Our historic venue in Sarıyakup — Büyüksaat (Main) — preserves the original traditional atmosphere; our newer branch on Turgut Özal Boulevard, with its 600-person hall and 150-person terrace garden, hosts family meals, private receptions and corporate events.
